The Wellness & Recognition Regional Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing organization wide Wellness & Recognition programs and initiatives within a regional scope. In addition to designing and delivering presentations that help clarify Wellness & Recognition initiatives, this role also supports the learning and development space in the delivery of presentations that promote the cultural values of the organization as well as topics that promote a more positive impact on service quality. The W&R Regional Coordinator will be responsible for planning and promoting events at the regional level as well as finding alignment with initiatives happening at National Headquarters. The Wellness & Recognition Regional Coordinator will travel to all program locations as needed up to 80% of the time.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of work station and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
